The annual REN-ISAC Member Meeting will be held immediately following the EDUCAUSE Security Conference (SPC). Meeting participation is limited to the active designated representatives of REN-ISAC member institutions, including member representatives and management representatives. RIMM registration is separate from SPC. Persons planning to attend both events must make separate registrations.

Information Sharing Policy
The meeting will be held at a PRIVILEGED level with respect to the Information Sharing Policy. Meeting participation is limited to the active designated representatives of REN-ISAC member institutions, including member representatives and management representatives. Be cautious concerning the use of social media (see Social Networking below). Remember that publicly identifying other member representatives without their consent is not permitted. Photography in the meeting is not permitted other than by staff to record notes, if necessary.
Hotel Accommodations
The Magnolia Hotel is now an option for EDUCAUSE SPC attendees, confirmed at $189 per night. Book early, as rooms are going fast in Denver. We recommend checking out the travel and accommodations information on the EDUCAUSE SPC site. Consult their website for more information.

Lunch/Breaks
The meeting registration fee does not include lunch. However, a refreshment break will be provided.
Access Control
Access to the meeting room will be limited to persons wearing an issued wrist band. Wrist bands may be obtained: (1) at the REN-ISAC desk (location TBD) Wednesday morning after breakfast and during EDUCAUSE Security session breaks, (2) at the door to the Cascade Ballroom immediately prior to the start of the meeting. Your identity must be verified and your registration confirmed to obtain the wristband. If you attended the EDUCAUSE Security Conference, your conference badge will serve as identity verification. If you did not attend, a government-issued photo ID will be required.
If you attended the EDUCAUSE Security Conference, please wear you conference badge/name tag throughout RIMM events. Blank name tags will be available for those who didn’t attend.
