Got questions about The Members' Wiki?
The REN-ISAC Members’ Wiki (or Wiki) is an information sharing and documentation repository backed by WikiJS. The REN-ISAC will use the Hub to distribute members only alerts, advisories, service information, webinar recordings, and other information products to our community.
REN-ISAC members are welcome to use the Comments Function, but please note that staff will not be actively monitoring comments. We do value your feedback and invite you to send suggestions to the Wiki Support Team.
2) Under “Select Authentication Provider” select “Registry”
3) Sign in using your Registry Account username and password
Yes. You will be able to use the same credentials for the Member Registry and the Wiki. See “How do I sign in to the Wiki?”
No. Your Wiki account is for you alone and is not to be shared with others. Sharing your credentials violates the Information Sharing Policy, which all members have signed and are required to follow.
If you do feel one of your colleagues would benefit from the information in the Wiki, the Management Representative for your organization can nominate that person for REN-ISAC membership. See the Management Representative Handbook for more information.
Locked out due to a forgotten or expired password? DO NOT use the “Forgot Password?” button on the Wiki login page. Instead go to the Registry login page, use the forgotten password link. and then follow the prompts to reset your password.
Give the system at least 5 minutes to refresh and sync passwords. If you get an error page after syncing, you may need to clear out your cookie history. Locked out for any other reason or password reset is not successful? Please contact us.
Contact the Wiki Support Team if you have any Hub questions or issues. Our support team is available Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm US Eastern Time.
All REN-ISAC member representatives and management representatives who have signed the “Information Sharing Policy” and have successfully passed the vetting process can access the Wiki.
During the product roll-out, all currently enrolled members will be sent an email inviting them to the Wiki.
New members will be able to log onto the Registry and the Wiki invite following the successful completion of the admissions process.
Through the Wiki, members can access REN-ISAC alerts, documents, and information products with a sharing guideline level of TLP:GREEN or stricter. This includes vulnerability alerts, membership statistics, Security Event System (SES) data, pDNS volunteer information, quarterly newsletters, and more. TLP:CLEAR resources will be shared on our public website.
We will also share information and alerts from governmental partners including Cyber & Infrastructure Security Agency, Department of Homeland Security, and other ISACS.
.
The Wiki will have security controls set up to limit access to certain types of documentation or information with limited sharing guidelines. For example, the Wiki contains information only available to OPS-level members. Members who are not in OPS cannot access this information. We will follow these sharing controls for all limited documentation.
Currently MFA is not available, but we are researching options and hope to have that functionality available soon.
Yes. The Registry is the authoritative source of member information, and it is still used to nominate new Member Representatives and remove Member Representatives who are no longer eligible to be REN-ISAC members. In order to get a Wiki account, a person must first become a Member Representative by being nominated via the Registry.
Access to The Hub was retired on December 30, 2024. Members can no longer access The Hub. However, that content is now available through the Wiki. Our team has transferred all major and recent content from The Hub to the Wiki, so you can still access your favorite resources.
All members get access to the Wiki when accepted into the REN-ISAC, but your viewing and participation is voluntary. There are benefits to checking the Wiki as it will be one of the main ways REN-ISAC will share information with its members.
